Agreement
These terms are between you and Growable Digital Solutions Private Limited ("ApnaCall"). By creating an account or using ApnaCall you agree to them.
The service
ApnaCall provides business phone numbers, call routing, call logs, optional call recording and voicemail, and related tools. Telephone connectivity depends on third-party carriers, so we cannot promise uninterrupted service.
Your account
- You must give accurate business details and complete KYC before we issue a number.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping passwords safe.
- You are responsible for the people you add to your team.
Acceptable use
You must not use ApnaCall for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or harassing calls, for unsolicited commercial calls in breach of Indian telecom rules, or to record calls without following the law. We may suspend or end accounts that break these rules.
Call recording and consent
If you turn on recording, you are responsible for making sure it is lawful for your business and for informing callers. ApnaCall plays a consent announcement, but the responsibility for lawful use stays with you.
Plans, usage and payment
Plans include a number of call minutes for a monthly fee. Extra usage is billed per minute at the rate shown for your plan. Invoices are available in your panel. Fees are due as stated on each invoice. We may change prices with notice for future billing periods.
Phone numbers
Numbers are issued to you for use with ApnaCall and remain subject to carrier and regulatory rules. We may reclaim a number if your account ends or breaks these terms.
Availability and liability
We work to keep ApnaCall available but provide it "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or missed business, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.
Ending the service
You can stop using ApnaCall at any time. We may suspend or end the service for non-payment or breach of these terms. Refunds are covered in our refund policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
