In the app
Open the ApnaCall app > Profile > Delete account, enter your password and confirm. We receive your request straight away.
By email
If you cannot open the app, email support@apnacall.in from the email address of your account with the subject "Delete my ApnaCall account". We may ask you to confirm it is you.
What happens next
- We confirm your request and delete your account within 30 days.
- The following data is deleted: your profile, your business account details, contacts, call notes and tags, call recordings and voicemail, uploaded KYC documents, and your team members' logins.
- Some records are kept for the period required by Indian law: invoices and payment records, and records of call activity needed for telecom compliance. These are not used for anything else.
Business accounts
If you are the owner, deleting the account closes the whole business account, including your team members' access. Download any call data or recordings you need before you ask for deletion.
